No hot water? We repair electric hot water cylinders!

You may be asking yourself, Plumber or Electrician? After all, it has to do with water.

Electrical systems that power your hot water often need repair and upgrades. Electricians replace the element, thermostat and check that there is power on the cylinder. If you call a Plumber they can check that the water is OK and maybe replace the element if they are qualified (please ask to view their Limited License).

Hot Water Heating problems are normally related to one of the below issues:

  • Hot Water heater Thermostat
  • Hot Water Heater Element
  • Ripple Control Relay at Meter board
  • Shorting within cabling
  • A faulty hot water heater Switch
  • Faulty Fuse or associated Switchboard wiring
What we can do:
  • We can help if the circuit breaker on your switchboard trips and will not reset.
  • Identify and resolve loss of power issues to hot water cylinders.
  • Test for faulty electric hot water elements and replace elements as required.
  • Test for faulty electrical thermostats and replace as required.

We can Help with all of the above issues , every so often the problem for no Hot Water could be caused by a faulty Ajax Valve or a Temperature Tempering valve issue which will require a plumber to fix.
